We offer 6 full apartments in our main house, a historic carriage house. Available are either one or two-bedroom waterfront suites, with either a balcony or patio. All apartment suites have a full kitchen, living room, one or two baths & wood-burning fireplace.
Note: a 3-night minimum stay is required for the months of May, June, July, August, September, & October. A 2-night minimum stay is required for November through February, and April. Harbor Guest House will be closed during March.
One Bedroom
Units 2, 3, 5, and 6 are one-bedroom apartments and have either a queen or king bed & sofa sleepers in the living room.
Two Bedroom
Units 1 and 4 are two-bedroom apartments and have two bedrooms with one queen bed in each, or two twins & one king bed.
Boat House
The Boat House (unit #7), a second-floor apartment above the Alibi Marina office, is next door to the Main House. It offers two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and one with a king bed, two baths, sofa sleeper, living room, gas fireplace, full kitchen and a large private deck all overlooking the water.
